18k Art Deco inspired old cut oval diamond and cabochon ruby ring size 8 (sizable)

18k gold Art Deco inspired diamond and ruby ring (yes the yellow stones are diamonds, too). The old cut oval diamond is a true antique. It measures 4.7 x 4 and is F/G color and VS clarity. The ruby is 4.7 x 3.6 and shows indications of being natural under a microscope. The melee diamonds are modern round full cut. The yellow diamonds are natural diamonds, unsure of treatment to achieve that color. The whole ring is set in 18k white gold and is a size 8, but sizable. It measures 19 x 13, weighs 3.9 grams.
