Antique Cartier sapphire and old European cut diamond three stone ring

Set in 14 karat gold, this original car-tee-aye ring is likely from the early 1900s. It has a center old European cut that is approximately .6 carats and is EF color VS clarity. The natural sapphire side stones are a wonderful deep blue brighten up in the sun. The sapphires measure 4.7 mm each, and the center old European cut diamond measures 5.6 mm. It is Hallmarked car-tee-aye and also comes in an original car-tee-aye box. The entire ring measures 12.11 x 20.3, it weighs 13.7 g, it is a size 11, sizable within 2 sizes.
