Diamond, Ruby, emerald, sapphire Pave cigar band ring

Set in 18 carat yellow gold, this diamond, Ruby, sapphire and Emerald ring looks to me to be designer, but I cannot find any stamps on it. That being said it is absolutely fabulous. It wears on the hand so well and to me looks like old money. There is approximately 2.75 CTW of beautiful sparkling pave diamonds with natural rubies, emeralds, and sapphires sprinkled in. It is 11.75 mm wide, and weighs 10.6 g. The ring sits on my mandrel at 6.75, but I am a size 5.75 and it actually works quite well on me. I've never really imagined that an eternity band could have that kind of range, but I guess because of the width it does. Will wonders never cease?
