Oscar Heyman sapphire and diamond ring

I bought this specifically for myself because I really wanted an Oscar Heyman ring and it is in inscribed 3-22-76 which is not my birthdate, but it is my birth year. However, I realized that it's far too small for me, and while it is sizable, the date inscription would get sized out if I sized it. My loss, your gain.

Made an 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, this 1970s Oscar Heyman ring hold a center sapphire that is 1.13 carats and measures 6.8 x 5.2 x 4. It is natural, and knowing Oscar Hayman is probably unheated. I do not have it certified however. There is .72CTW of oval diamonds that are GH color VS clarity. The ring measures 12.78 x 12.99, it weighs 6.76 g, it is a size 2 1/2, and is 3980.
