Synthetic ruby and rose cut diamond three stone pin set in 14 karat rose gold

The center synthetic ruby is I clean and loop clean it measures 5.73 mm x 4.6 mm. The two rows cut diamonds on each side have inclusions (see photos) that are standard for this type of stone. One rose cut diamond measures 4.69 mm x 4.2 mm and the other measures 4.43 mm x 4.5 mm. The entire pin is set in 14 karat gold and weighs 4.59 g
